  • An Order is placed when you click “Place Order” (or equivalent) and we confirm acceptance by email or via your account.

  • You must pay all amounts due (including shipping, taxes) in full before we ship (unless COD is selected).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive the product, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
